After the success of his first restaurant in Uruguay and then successive positions of responsibility in both hotels and restaurants, his dream of embarking on a more personal project becomes a reality: to open this little gastronomic gem in the center of Sitges. San Bonaventura Street, just meters from the bustling Cap de la Vila, becomes a quiet oasis, musicalized by the slight rumor of the cover and dishes, of a distant trumpet, of the lively conversation of a group of friends.
Under simple premises, such as seeking the quality of the raw material or respecting to the maximum the temporality of each ingredient, La Cocina surprises with a recipe of Mediterranean ingredients, applying the most avant-garde techniques, without ever forgetting the French tradition and integrating also flavors from the rest of the world.
